The parties shall have right to terminate the lease at the end of the lease term. In such cases, parties shall provide notice and terminate the month-to-month tenancy within the time allowed by law. In a case that tenant chose to stay as month to month tenant, applicable month to month fee shall be applied.

All utilities are to be connected by Tenant, except water which is a shared meter billed by the landlord.

0-15 lbs - $15 per month

15- 40 lbs - $30 per month

40- 70 lbs - $50 per month

70 lbs+ - $70 per month

The tenant will be responsible for all utilities.

The $45 Application fee will be refunded to the tenant as a rental credit once the tenant has moved in.
